Chuck Welsko
I am a PhD Candidate in the History Department at West Virginia University who focuses on the Civil War Era and U.S. Cultural History. During my time as a graduate student I have taught a range of courses to undergraduate students. As I near the completion of my dissertation I am excited at the opportunity to learn more about incorporating technology into my classroom and my own work.
