I have a PhD in history from the University of Pittsburgh (2015) and my main research area is Habsburg cartography in the eighteenth century. In general, I am interested in world history and the history of science. I have experience working as a postdoctoral fellow at the Central European University in Budapest, teaching at various universities in Pennsylvania (University of Pittsburgh, Temple University, Widener University) and working at archives and libraries in Philadelphia (Historical Society of Pennsylvania, German Society of Pennsylvania, American Philosophical Society). I have always strived to incorporate technology as a teacher and I am currently interested in developing my technical abilities so I can come up with new research questions.
